For a first time at the Marquette University Debate Institute, labs will begin some mornings with a knowledge competition. Students receive points for their lab after correctly answering questions on material from the previous day.
There are two competitions this morning. The Regent Students are competing against each other in a contest involving this years topic (Public Health Assistance to Africa). The MDL Scholars are locked in an epic contest involving knowledge of debate.
